Arizona  Mini  Mystique

Up

We started the year of 2008 with the Tournament of Roses Parade.  We were  in Pasadena for a week, doing all the promotion of the Miniature Horse for the public.  There is a big show called Equestfest that the Parade Committee puts on for the public two days before the Rose Parade itself, where the public comes through the barns to see all the equine entries of the Parade and then they see each of us do our performance in the Equidome at the LA Equestrian Center in Griffith Park.  We performed our drill routine there.  Then we marched down the parade route on January 1 in front of over a million people along the 5 1/2 mile route and in front of millions more in 23 countries via TV.  It was so exciting!!
